The short version: Use Voonza to manage your family's life. Don't misuse it. Your data belongs to you. We provide the service as-is and will notify you of any significant changes.
By accessing or using Voonza ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voonza ("we," "us," or "our"), a product of Synthecore Ventures LLC.
Voonza is a family management platform that helps parents and guardians organize their children's schedules, activities, school communications, and related logistics. The Service includes web-based tools, AI-assisted features, and integrations with third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use Voonza you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may invite one additional family member (partner) to share access to your family account. Each account represents one family unit.
You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use the Service to manage information about families other than your own without appropriate authorization.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Paid subscription: After the trial period, continued use of premium features requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate (currently $9.99/month). Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
Free tier: A limited free tier may be available after trial expiration, with reduced functionality as described on our pricing page.
Ownership: You own all data and content you enter into Voonza. We do not claim ownership of your family's information.
License to us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Data export: You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support. We will provide it in a standard format within 30 days.
Data deletion: Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Voonza uses artificial intelligence to provide proactive suggestions, parse emails, detect scheduling conflicts, and assist with family planning. These features are provided as helpful tools, not as professional advice.
Important limitations: AI-generated suggestions, reminders, and recommendations are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for verifying important information — such as appointment times, payment amounts, and event details — independently. We are not liable for actions taken based solely on AI-generated content.
When Voonza accesses your email account, it processes emails to identify school-related content. This processing is automated and limited to the purposes you have authorized. You may revoke email access at any time in your account settings.
Voonza may integrate with third-party services such as Google (for authentication and calendar), school management systems, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Connecting a third-party service is at your discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Voonza is a productivity tool for families. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or educational advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voonza and Synthecore Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed appointments, or other outcomes resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections regarding your data, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree with updated terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
