SMS Messaging Program

Voonza sends automated SMS reminders to help families manage their children's schedules. Messages include:

• Driving and pickup alerts
• Homework and assignment reminders
• Activity schedule updates and cancellations
• Upcoming payment and permission-slip reminders
• Time-sensitive school notifications
• Detected school emergencies (e.g., lockdowns, unplanned closures) — when identified by Voonza's email parsing

During account setup at voonza.com, Voonza presents you with a consent form where you enter your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox to opt in. Checking the transactional SMS checkbox constitutes your explicit consent to receive activity reminders, school alerts, family notifications, and detected school emergency alerts from Voonza. Consent is never required to use the app — SMS notifications are optional.

Message frequency varies and depends on your family's schedule and activity volume. You may receive up to several messages per week during active periods.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Reply STOP to any Voonza SMS at any time to cancel all future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also disable SMS in your account Settings at any time.
